Thinkin out loud... Max on the budget is $20,000. My parents are looking at a 3 car garage with work area and second floor, not sure on all the dimentions. If I'm around, we have 4 cars and a mower/tractor. I'll wait on getting a lift until I get a place of my own after college. Plumbing is good idear, my mom would freak if she saw my greassy ass inside. AC/Heat will probably consist of me plugging something into the wall.
